Refund and Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, refunds are not possible. Exchanges are possible in exceptional cases, for example due to product defect.

CHANGE

We will only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you want to replace it with the same product, you must send your product to our address by sending an e-mail to info@blackarthome.com.

TRANSFER

To return your product, you must mail it to our address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time of the product you change may vary.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Product prices are expressed in Turkish Lira including taxes but excluding customs duties. You will be responsible for any applicable customs duties and we cannot anticipate any potential taxes that may be incurred.
